Screen Monoprint Classes

Summer Screen Monoprint Classes. Enjoy a colourful playful day in the peaceful rural setting of Claverham Meeting House Gail Mason will be running a series of one day introductory silk screen monoprint classes suitable for those familiar to silk screen, and for those with no experience of the process.

We will be exploring overlaying of colours using paper stencils, together with an exploration into more painterly processes. The classes will be limited to 6 people per day. The day will run from 10.30 – 4.00pm, and will be held in the Barn, Claverham Meeting House, Meeting House Lane, Claverham, Bristol BS49 4PB.

2 day course Sat and Sunday 18th and 19th September

The classes will cost £45 per day to include paper and inks, 100% cotton rag paper is available to buy at cost. Gail Mason is an experienced and qualified Lecturer working at Weston College on the Degree and Foundation Programmes and holds a BA Hons. in Fine Art. She completed a Masters Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking in 2004, and has since received National Awards for her work.
